Together

Together, we can turn your fears into freedom.

The journey you’re considering right now—choosing to recover from anorexia, to believe in the possibility of change, to fully recover —is a brave one.
I totally understand the fear and doubt that is clouding your mind because I’ve been where you are. I’ve felt the suffocating grip of an eating disorder, the relentless self-criticism, and the loneliness and isolation that comes with it, but I also know the incredible love and freedom that lies on the other side of that fear.

You don’t have to do this alone.

When we work together, you’ll have a coach who understands the battles you’re fighting—someone who has walked through the darkness and come out stronger, more compassionate, and fully in love with the life she’s created.
I spent over four decades struggling in the same ways you are, and now I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find the freedom and self-love that I get to experience every day.

Imagine a life where food doesn’t control your every thought, where you wake up without the burden of anxiety and self-doubt. A life where your body is not your enemy, but a suit that enables you to live this human experience, a suit of strength and resilience, worthy of love and respect at any size.

Together, we will work through all the layers of pain and fear, uncovering the real you—the you that knows she deserves joy, peace, and happiness.

This journey isn’t just about recovery from anorexia or any other eating disorder; it’s about rediscovering yourself, stepping into your power, and embracing the self-love that you deserve.
It’s about learning to trust your body, embracing your emotions, and connecting with the world in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

We don’t just work on the eating disorder either. We work right through the reasons for the eating disorder, which enables lasting healing and, in many cases, complete life transformation.

I understand that everyone’s pace is different, which is why I work on a rolling monthly basis. This allows us to move at the speed that feels right for you, ensuring that each step of your recovery is fully supported. We’ll connect weekly via video calls, where we’ll dive deep into your thoughts, feelings, and progress. And because life doesn’t happen on a schedule, I also offer unlimited WhatsApp support in between sessions. Whether you need a quick check-in, some encouragement, or a safe space to express your fears, I’m just a message away.

The cost of my coaching starts from £750 per month, an investment in yourself that reflects the value of the life you want to create and my work with my clients is often completely life transforming. Because we work together on the root causes of the illness, we strive for lasting change and relapses are much less likely.

How long does it take to recover from anorexia? That’s entirely up to you! Everyone is different, but this formula is constant:

Time taken to recover is directly proportionate to your commitment to recover. There is no right or wrong way to recover, but clients who commit fully to follow my guidance and go “All In” will recover faster (often a few months) than those who don’t.

You’re not just paying for sessions like you would a therapist, where at the end of a session, that’s it until next time. Our relationship is constant. I’m right by your side. — You’re investing in your freedom, your happiness, and your future.

Think about what it would mean to finally break free from the cycle that has held you captive for so long. Consider the peace of mind, the joy, the self-love, and the power that await you on the other side.

Investing in yourself is one of the most powerful decisions you can make. It’s a commitment to your well-being, your growth, and your happiness.
The transformation you seek is priceless, and by taking this step, you’re telling yourself that you are worth it. Because you are.

Do you think you’re not ready? Something else has a higher priority? Read this blog post and check that you’re calling the shots, not your ED.

My own recovery from anorexia, orthorexia and exercise addiction and that of my clients has taught me that no one’s journey is the same, and that’s why our work together will be personalised to your unique needs and experiences. Whether you’re just starting to recognise the signs of an eating disorder or you’ve been struggling for years, there’s hope for you.

There’s a way out, and I’m here to help you find it. You deserve to feel good enough. You deserve to feel at peace. You deserve to live a life full of love and power—starting with the love you show yourself. Let’s take the next step together.
